The NWESD Threat Assessment team is proud to welcome forensic psychologist and educator, Dr. Stephanie Leite, for a conversation on the intersection of Autism and school-based threat behaviors.
Dr. Stephanie Stein Leite is a distinguished clinical and forensic psychologist with over two decades of experience in forensic evaluations and threat assessment. She has conducted hundreds of evaluations in areas such as risk, competency, custody, and criminal cases. In addition to her practice, she has been an adjunct professor at the University of Hartford’s doctoral program in psychology since 2015, teaching courses in integrated psychological assessment, forensic psychology, and neuropsychology. Dr. Leite is renowned for her expertise in threat assessment and management, providing training and consultation to schools, corporations, and municipal organizations nationwide.
Dr. Leite has graciously collaborated with our ESD partners throughout the state, and we are beyond pleased to host her presentation via webinar, and share her expertise with our educational partners. Encouraged audience includes: Educators and school counselors (K-12 and higher ed), threat assessment professionals and team members, School Resource Officers and school-based security personnel.
