Registration for PREPaRE Workshop 1 closes Friday, September 25!
When a crisis affects a school community, preparation matters. The NWESD School Safety & Wellness Center (SSWC) is offering PREPaRE Workshop 1: Comprehensive School Safety Planning, a nationally recognized training developed by the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
This virtual training helps school professionals strengthen their ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from school crises. Participants will explore comprehensive school safety planning, crisis preparedness, prevention, response, recovery, and the development of coordinated crisis teams.

Workshop 1 is recommended, but it is not a prerequisite for PREPaRE Workshop 2: Mental Health Crisis Intervention, taking place October 29–30.
